After receiving the seeds, put the seeds in the refrigerator for 3-7 days (so that the seeds are easier to germinate) and then take them out after wrapping them with a wet tissue for 24 hours.
Sprinkle the seeds over the soil. Cover them with a 1/8-inch layer of fine sand or crushed rock.
Fill a spray bottle with water and mist the soil with it. Try to keep the soil moist throughout the germination period. Cover the pot with plastic wrap or a glass pane to help promote the soil moisture retention.
Place the pot in a warm, sunlit area. Aim for a temperature of approximately 65 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Place a heating mat underneath the pot, if needed. Expect the seeds to germinate within about two to 12 weeks.
